低碳城市规划的研究回顾与思考

本文回顾了国内外对于低碳城市规划领域的研究。国外的研究主要集中在低碳城市规划研究、低碳城市规划政策研究、低碳城市规划治理研究三个方面,国内的研究,则对低碳城市规划研究的框架体系、低碳城市规划编制的探讨、低碳城市规划的实施、低碳城市技术等进行了探讨。以中国当前城市规划的发展实际来看,以低碳为切入点进行理论与体系的构建难于实现,将其理念在城市规划中予以应用则更为现实与可行。
