超声波技术在回转支承状态检测中的应用研究

摘    要:本文论述了超声波位移传感器测距工作的基本原理应用条件,详细介绍了在大型回转支承故障诊断和状态监测中应用的实例。现场测试数据经一定的数字处理,能很好地说明实际使用情况,得到比较准确的诊断结果。

Abstract:This paper discussed the principle and application of ultrasonic displacement sensor in the displacement measurement. It also introduced an approach applied in the condition monitor and failure diagnosis for the rotating tower with large-diameter bearing. By a certain mathematic method in the signal process more accurate results and correct explanations can be obtained.
