基于Pro/MECHANICA的导弹起竖臂模态分析

摘    要:阐述了基于Pro/MECHANICA的某型导弹起竖臂有限元建模和分析过程,并将分析结果与常用的通用有限元分析软件ANSYS的分析结果进行了比较。针对起竖臂纵梁和横梁盒型截面的特点,用壳中间面来代替实体模型,降低了有限元模型的阶数,不仅保证了有限元计算的精度,而且大大缩短了分析计算的时间。最后得出结论:Pro/MECHANICA软件完全可以实现实体建模和有限元计算的无缝集成,提高设计工程师的工作效率。

Abstract:The finite element modeling and analyzing of missile erecting arm was done based on Pro/MECHANICA, and the result was compared with the data received from ANSYS. In the principle of no reduction of the calculating result, to lower the model size and to faster the calculation speed, the mid-face was used to replace the solid model concerning the feature of the box cross section of the erecting arm. A conclusion was drawn that Pro/MECHANICA integrated the ability of substantiality modeling and finite element analysis, which could highly improve efficiency of engineers.
