F17C油井水泥膨胀降滤失双效剂的应用研究

摘    要:调整井固井作业中的流体窜流问题一直是国内外尚未解决的技术难题之一,这一问题在江苏油田老区调整井固井作业中尤为突出,针对江苏油田老区调整井,特别是油水同层井的固井难题,研究开发出同时具有塑性体膨胀,硬化体膨胀和降滤失双效作用的水泥浆体系,有效地解决了固井施工中的水泥浆脱水失重,收缩失重及硬化体积收缩所造成的微间隙,因而大幅度提高调整井的固井质量,经30余口井的现场实验证明,该水泥浆体系流变性好,失水量小,稠化曲线呈直角,早期抗压强度高,且使水泥浆在塑性状态和硬化后均能膨胀,属一种技术领先的新型多功能油井水泥外加剂,F17C膨胀降滤失剂的应用从很大程度上解决了江苏油田调整井的固井难题,固井优质率明显提高,因而具有很好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:In cementing operation for adjustment well,fluid breakthrough flow is one of technique knotty problem unsolved.According to the cementing tickler of adjustment well and water-oil interbedding well in Jiangsu Oilfield,F17C cement slurry system with plastic expansion,harden expansion and reducing filtration is developed.It effectively solves the microfracture problem due to losing weight of slurry and hardening volume contraction in cementing operation.So,the cement slurry can improve cementing quality of adjustment well.Through field application in 30 wells,the result shows that F17C cement slurry system has good rheology,a little water loss and high early compressive strength.It is a multifunctional oil well cement additive.For the application of F17C expansion filtrate reducer,the cementing problem of adjustment well in Jiangsu Oilfield is sloved,and cementing quality is obviously improved.It is worth popularizing and applying.
