沉沙池水力特性与悬浮物去除率

摘    要:本文采用计算流体力学的方法,建立沉沙池流场与悬浮物浓度场及去除率计算的数学模型,并采用该模型对两个实际沉沙池进行计算。研究结果表明,沉沙池的悬浮物去除率常常远低于理想沉沙池模型的理论结果,表面负荷并不影响沉沙池沉淀性能好坏的唯一参数,在沉沙池水力设计中应通过池型及各种几何参数的优化,使池内回流区范围尽可能减小,并应注意避免沉淀区中间流区在下,主流位于上部的情况。

Abstract:A mathematical model for the calculations of flow and particle concentration fields in sedimentation tanks, which is based on computational fluid mechanics principles,is used to study the relation between flow patterns and removal effciencies in two real circular tanks. It has been shown that the removal effciencies of these two tanks are much lower than that from the ideal tank theory. It has also been observed that surface load is not the only parameter which determines tank efficiency. In hydraulic design of sedimentation tanks,care should be taken to ensure smaller recirculation regions and to avoid the presence of a flow pattern with a recirculation region in the upper part of the tank.
