硅钙钡在生产HRB400E钢中的应用

摘    要:为提高脱氧效率,降低中包水口堵塞事故,通过在HRB400E钢生产中应用硅钙钡,有效降低了钢水氧活度,投入量为1.9 kg/t时即可满足钢水溶解氧20×10~(-6)~30×10~(-6)的工艺要求。与铝系合金脱氧相比,连铸中包水口堵塞事故率也由原来的9.1%降低到2.3%。经硅钡钙脱氧后的成品棒材力学性能符合HRB400E抗震钢筋国标要求,值得推广应用。

Abstract:In order to improve deoxidation efficiency and reduce nozzle clogging accidents,Si-Ca-Ba is adopted in the production of HRB400 E steel,which effectively lowers oxygen activity in molten steel.When 1.9 kg/t Si-Ca-Ba is added,the process requirement of dissolving 20 × 10^-6- 30 × 10^-6 oxygen in steel can be met.Compared with aluminum-based alloy deoxidation,the rate of nozzle clogging incident in tundish has decreased from 9.1%to 2.3%.The mechanical properties of the finished bar with Si-Ca-Ba deoxidation treatment comply with the national standard requirements on HRB400 E aseismic reinforcement bar and the product is worthy of promotion and application.
