摘    要:某矿精选流程由重选-枱浮-浮选-磁选联合流程改为重选-枱浮-磁选-浮选-电选联合流程进行黑钨矿、白钨矿、锡石分选,新工艺流程通过磁电选和浮选方法,解决了高硫、高磷、高钙、高锡、高钼钨精矿除杂难的工艺技术问题,并通过工业性试验验证了该分选流程的优越性,试验结果表明该分选技术加工的产品互含低,杂质元素含量低,大大提高了该矿石的综合回收率,每年增加产品附加值61.87万元。

Abstract:A Mine changes the concentration circuit to choosing gravity treatment- raising- magnetic separation -flotation-electric beneficiation form gravity treatment-flotation-raising and magnetic separator. The new industrial circuit resolves the process engineering problem that the Tungsten concentration of high sulphur, phosphorus, calcium, cassiterite and molybdenum removes the impurity by magnetic separation and flotation beneficiation, and also the industrial tests proves the technical advantage of separation experiment, which results show product processed by this screening techniques have low impurity and anther elements, it improves the comprehensive recovery and added value of products, and will add product value RMB 0.6187 million.
