某铜铋硫多金属矿选矿工艺技术研究

摘    要:对国外某铜铋硫多金属矿,采用铜、铋、硫顺序优先浮选的工艺流程,获得铜精矿中Cu品位33.18%、Cu回收率95.91%;铋精矿中Bi品位53.11%、Bi回收率85.01%;硫精矿中S品位44.83%、S回收率69.11%的良好指标。为开发利用该类型多金属矿石提供了技术依据。

Abstract:Specific to a Cu-Bi-S polymetallic ore abroad, a processing flowsheet using the method of selective flotation of Cu-Bi-S has been developed, which bring good indexes with copper concentrate grade as 33.18%, Cu-recovery as 95.91%, bismuth concentrate grade as 53.11%, Bi-recovery as 85.01% and sulfur concentrate grade as 44.83%, S-recovery as 69.11%. This study has provided technical support for commercial utilization of such kind of polymetallic ore.
