| 摘 要： | 通过对磨矿分级工艺及设备特点的研究,借助于自动化的控制手段,对磨矿分级工艺中进行实时监测,并建立合理的控制逻辑实时调整。优化系统运行指标,提升系统可靠性并保证产品及产量的最优化,使新型通用技术领域更好的服务于矿山企业的生产建设,提高了企业生产和决策反应速度与水平,实现过程工艺的精细化管理,使企业的生产得到稳定、快速地健康发展。

| Abstract: | We take automation control method to realize real-time monitoring of grinding-classification process and reasonable real-time adjust of control logic by the research of the grinding-classification process and equipment characteristics. Optimize the operation indexes of the system, improve the reliability of the system and ensure the optimization of the product output, in order to service better to the mine enterprise. It enhances the reaction speed and level of the company production and decision, realizing the delicacy management of the process, making company production more stabilized, rapidly and healthy. |
