| 摘 要： | 2008年初我国的一场大雪影响了半个中国,冰雪灾害使架空输电线路受到严重的破坏,由于这种威胁还将长期存在,因此,必须研究架空输电线路冰雪灾害形成和预防。本文主要介绍了发生在架空导线上的灾害现象,形成灾害的气象条件和防灾减灾的措施。

| Abstract: | A snow storm in earlier 2008 covered half China.It broke overhead conductors,resulting in power failure.It is necessary to analyze the cause of the ice-and-snow trouble on overhead conductors and take appropriate preventive measures as this hazard will continue to exist for a long time.This paper presents the ice-and-snow troubles on(overhead) conductors,the weather conditions for these troubles and the preventive measures. |
