某副食批发商场向五星级酒店的改造

以某副食批发商场向五星级酒店的改造为实例,介绍对原有结构的抗震鉴定方法及承载力的验算;增层后结构的整体计算分析及加层可行性分析。给出了加层混凝土柱的构造做法;新加钢结构与原有混凝土柱梁连接节点构造大样,保证新旧构件连接的整体性与可靠性。对原有结构中承载力不足的框架柱采用外包角钢加固法,框架梁采用粘钢加固法及增大截面加固法,给出了加固节点做法及施工注意事项等。工程已于2010年改造完成并装修成五星级酒店投入使用至今,加固改造效果良好。

RECONSTRUCTION OF A WHOLESALE MARKET OF NON-STAPLE FOOD INTO A FIVE-STAR HOTEL

It was presented that the aseismic appraisal method and checck on the original structure,overall calculation and feasibility analysis of story-adding structure,by taking the story-adding reform of a hotel.It was also given the structure of the story-adding concrete columns,detail of the joints between the added steel structure and the original concrete column and beam,as well as the methods to ensure the integrity and reliability between the new and old members.Angle steel-encasing,steel plate-gluing and section-increasing were used for the framed column and framed beam with insufficient capacities respectively in the original structure.The method to strengthen the joints,and matters needing attention during comstruction were presented.The project was completed in 2010 and was decorated into a five-star hotel,which has been used so far and excellent effect has been got.
