| Abstract: | Through the research on the Northwest Henan natural climate and geographical location as well as the status of enerty-saving of urban villages under villages under construction,it was analysed building energy-saving issues of urban villages in the northwest of Henan Province.On the design stage a comprehensive evaluation index system of building energy-saving for the said urban villages was set up. |
