含硼低裂纹敏感性钢板的研制

摘    要: 通过连续冷却相?湫形芯亢腿仍ひ昭芯浚晒⒘?0~40mm厚的600MPa级含硼低裂纹敏感性钢板,并分析了热轧工艺对钢板组织和性能的影响。结果表明,较低二开轧温度(小于等于840℃),中等冷却速度(5~20℃/s)和较低终冷温度(小于等于500℃)可得到针状铁素体和贝氏体类组织,确保钢板高强韧性匹配[Rm≥620MPa;AKV(-40℃)≥100J];同时钢板焊接性能较好,在热输入15~50kJ/cm之间,不用预热和焊后热处理,可得到满足母材性能要求的焊接接头。

Abstract:600MPa boron-bearing crack free steel plate (20-40mm in thickness) was successfully developed through study of continuous transformation behavior and experimental rolling practices, and the effect of rolling parameters on the microstructure and property of the rolled plates was investigated. The results show that low finish rolling temperature (≤840℃), intermediate cooling rate (5-20℃/s) and low cooling finish temperature (≤500℃) together guaranty the match of high strength and toughness [Rm≥620MPa; AKV(-40℃)≥100J]. Sound weld joint is produced on the rolled plate without preheating and post-weld heat treatment, and satisfactory impact property of heat affected zone is achieved with heat inputs between 15-50kJ/cm.
