中部等截面梭形柱的试验研究及有限元分析

摘    要:对西安咸阳国际机场二期扩建工程T3A航站主楼3根梭形柱进行1∶2缩尺破坏性稳定试验研究,分析轴压梭形钢管柱在一端固接、一端铰接约束下的稳定极限承载力,并探讨其破坏特性和机理。试验结果表明,其极限承载力达到设计荷载的2倍以上,满足设计要求。同时,采用有限元方法对试验进行模拟,并与试验得到的稳定极限承载力、破坏形状、荷载-位移曲线等进行对比,二者吻合较好。此外,基于有限元分析可知:试件长度比α增大,极限承载力提高;试件楔率γ增大,极限承载力降低;同时给出楔率γ与极限承载力Pu的拟合公式。

Abstract:It was presented a model experimental study on the shuttle-shape columns for the main building of the phase Ⅱ expansion project T3A terminal of Xianyang International Airport.Three SXZ models with a scale of 1/2 were tested under axial loading until failure.Their ultimate load-carrying capacities and failure mechanism were obtained and observed.Its ultimate bearing capacity was greater than 2 times its designed load,which could meet the requirements for design of the column.The results of test were compared with those obtained by FEM involved in ultimate load-carrying capacities,destruction modes and the load-displacement curves,and a good agreement was observed between them.In addition,based on FE model,it was analysed the effect of taper ratio and length ratio on the ultimate bearing capacity,and the formula between γ and Pu was presented.
