摘    要: 通过蔡司扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪测试分析了E2330轴承内套滚道剥落的原因。结果表明:由于E2330轴承内套成分不均,引起轴套内局部的碳、铬元素浓度的偏高,形成大量大块呈圆形碳化物、淬火组织和残余应力的分布不均匀即增加了基体脆性,导致了E2330轴承内套早期剥落失效。

Abstract:By means of Zeiss scanning electron microscope and energy-dispersive spectroscope (EDS), the causes for raceway peel off of E2330 bearings inside set of groove are determined. The results show that; because of the une- ven compositions inside E2330 bearing inner ring, concentration of carbon and chromate in the part of the inner ring is on the high side. A large chunk of a round carbide is formed and the uneven distribution of quenching organization and residual stress increases the matrix brittle, leading to the early failure of spalling of E2330 bearing inner ring.
