一种温升率测量方法的研究

摘    要:针对汽轮机启停过程中,温度变化范围大,温升率小的特点,提出了一种利用10倍A/D转换器测量温升率的方法-测差法,该方法减小了10位A/D最化误差的影响,提高了温升率测量的准确度,很好地满足了现场实监测热应力的需要。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of the wide range of temperature and the smallness of temperature rise rate (TRR) value, a new measuring method for the TRR with 10 bit A/D converter is given, that is measuring difference method. The method reduces the influence on quantize errors of 10 bit A/D converter and increases the measuring accuracy of the TRR. It shows that measured stress used by the method may satisfy the needs of real time measurement on the spot.
