基于音圈电机伺服控制的应用研究

摘    要:随着电机控制技术的不断发展,传统的伺服电机控制方式已经不能适应高速度、高精度控制运动的要求,而直线电机的直接驱动方式由于取消了一切中间传动环节,具有结构简单、动态响应快、速度快、精度高、振动和噪音小等优点,在各类高速、高精度加工设备中具有广阔的应用前景。介绍了音圈式直线电机的结构特点和工作原理,阐述了音圈电机的伺服控制技术,并介绍了音圈电机在封装设备中的实际应用。

Abstract:Along with the motor control technology unceasing development, the traditional servo motor control methods have been unable to: achieve the require of high speed and high precision position control, Linear motor direct drive mode due to the cancellation of all intermediate transmission links, has the advantages of simple structure, fast dynamic response, high speed, high precision, small vibration and noise etc. it in high speed, high precision processing equipment has wide application prospect in. This paper introduces the voice coil linear motor, the structure characteristics and working principle, elaborated the voice coil motor servo control technology and introduced the voice coil motor in packaging equipment in practical application.
