基于PIC技术的新型低压电动机保护控制器设计

摘    要:介绍基于PIC嵌入式处理器的一种新型低压电动机保护控制器的设计。此设计采用PIC32MX575F芯片作为电动机的保护控制中心,应用全波傅氏算法进行模拟量采集与滤波,具备完善的保护与控制功能,支持Modbus、IEC 60870-5-103、Profibus-DP通信协议,通过键盘和LCD显示器完成人机交互。此外,还提出了一种新型电动机失电再起动的实现方法。

Abstract:Based on PIC embedded processor,a new low voltage motor protection controller was introduced,which adopts the chip PIC32MX575F as motor control center.The device applies full-wave Fourier algorithm to analog acquisition and harmonic filtration,possesses perfect protection and control function,supports modbus,IEC 60870-5-103,profibus-DP protocol,and realizes the human-computer interaction by keyboard and LCD screen.Also,a new technique of motor restarting after AC dump was advanced.
