摘    要:永磁智能断路器控制器能可靠、精确地采集电流、电压等实际运行参数,在此基础上,设计了基于TMS320F2812 DSP芯片的电流、电压数据采集系统。通过比较几种获取电流、电压有效值方法的不同特点,采用快速傅里叶变换算法,给出了基于改进型导数法的三点滑动窗口的瞬动保护算法,并借助Multisim仿真软件设计了信号调理电路,以及电流互感器的分组检测策略,最后给出了数据采集系统软件设计。实践表明,该系统在采样速度、精度方面能够较好地满足智能断路器对数据采集的要求。

Abstract:A permanent magnet intelligent circuit breaker controller can capture reliable and accurate parame- ters of actual circuit. Based on it, a current and voltage data acquisition system was designed based on TMS320F2812 DSP chip. By comparing several different accesses of current, voltage RMS methods, the FFT algo- rithm was applied in the data acquisition system, and a new instantaneous protection algorithm based on the three-dot slip window and improved differential coefficient method was presented. The design of signal conditioning circuit with Multisim simulation software was detailed, the current transformer (CT) group detection strategy was demon- strated and finally the data acquisition system software design was presented. The practice shows that the system hasgood performance in sampling rate and precision, and is able to meet the requirements of intelligent circuit breaker on the data collection.
