| 摘 要： | 板式换热器被广泛的应用于各行业领域,但是,由于板片间流通截面狭窄,水质不好形成水垢和污物沉积都容易造成板式换热器堵塞,密封垫片耐温性能差时,容易渗漏和影响使用寿命,形成水垢的主要原因是由于循环水硬度高,要保证板式换热器正常使用,必须保证软化水设备完好,循环水硬度符合标准.

| Abstract: | The plate interchanger by widespread application in various professions domain,but,between the slab the flow area is narrow,the water quality not good forms when the boiler scale and the contamination deposition all easy to create the plate heat interchanger jamming,the seal filling piece heat resistance performance difference,easy to seep and the influence service life,forms the boiler scale the primary cause is because the circulation hardness of water is high,must guarantee the plate heat interchanger normal use,must guarantee the softened water equipment is complete,the circulation hardness of water conforms to the standard. |
