摘 要: | 本文讨论了如何运用泥浆振动筛动力学理论进行2YNS-B筛的参数选择和结构设计;介绍了这种振动筛采用的双卷筒卡瓦固定式叠层筛网绷紧机构、双排软弹簧隔振系统和反向力矩平衡弹簧等。还详细地介绍了2 YNS-B筛的室内振动测试、应力测试、高粘度泥浆的过流试验以及工业试验情况。结果证明,对2 YNS-B筛的动力学理论分析是正确的,叠层筛网绷紧机构的使用是成功的,40×12目叠层筛网使用寿命已超过500小时。

The Design Features and Test Results of Model 2YNS-B Shale Shaker |

Abstract: | This article explains how the Model 2 YNS-B Shale Shaker has been designed on the basis of vibration dynamics and presents its main design features, including tensioning mechanism, vibration isolators and balance springs. Additionally. vibration test, stress gauging and flow test with high viscosity mud in laboratory and some field case histories are stated that verify the correctness of the conducted dynamical analysis. The service life of the screens under test has lasted over 500 hours. |
