压差式电池充电器在天然气管线中的应用分析

摘    要:在天然气管线在线检测领域,压差式电池充电器是传统的太阳能电池系统的有效且可靠的替代产品,利用输气管道压差发电,将所产生的电能储存到蓄电池。压差充电系统几乎可以安装在任何工况下,不受阴、雨、雪、冰等气候条件以及表面污染物的影响,可以实现24小时不间断充电,保证了供电的稳定性和可靠性。同时可以消除太阳能充电系统中,因为电池的经常性深度放电带来的电池维护成本。

Abstract:The differential pressure type battery charger is an efficient and reliable substitute product for the traditional solar cell system in the field of online detection of natural gas pipelines. Power is generated through the differential pressure of the gas pipeline and stored in the accumulator. The differential pressure type charging system can be installed under almost any working condition and will not be affected by such climatic conditions as shade, rain, snow and ice, or surface pollutants, and uninterrupted charging can be realized around the clock. Thus, stable and reliable power supply is insured, and battery maintenance cost caused by frequent deep discharge in the solar charging system can be saved.
