摘    要:开关电源因其功耗以及体积等方面的优势在各行各业得到了广泛应用。介绍了一种多路输出单端反激式高频输出开关电源的设计,开关电源以TOP227Y芯片和高频变压器为核心,用单端反激式作为电路主拓扑结构,调制方式为PWM调制,电路输入电压为220 V,输出为5 V和15 V两路直流电源。对于设计过程中遇到的问题进行了分析并提出切实解决方法。通过实际测试所得的数据表明,设计的开关电源能够提高电源效率,减小纹波,输出稳定直流电源。

TOP227Y-based Design of Multi-output,Single-ended & Fly-back Switching Power Supply
Abstract:Switching power supply has been widely used in all walks of life due to its advantages in power consumption and size.This article introduces a design of multi-output,single-ended &fly-back switching power supply with high-frequency output.Switching power supply takes TOP227Y chip and high-frequency transformer as the core and adopts single-ended fly-back as the main topology for the circuit.It adopts PWMfor modulation system,220 V for circuit input voltage,5 V and 15 V DC power supply for two outputs.For the problems encountered in the design process,practical solutions are put forward through analysis.The data obtained via actual test show that the design of the switching power supply can increase power supply efficiency,reduce ripple while the output of DC power supply is stable.
