基于业务承载的配网通信网ICT测试平台设计

信息通信技术(ICT)在通信、测量和控制等新技术领域发挥着重要作用,其中承载配网综合业务的通信网络平台建设是目前的重点和难点。从信息与通信融合的角度介绍了配网通信网承载的综合业务和多种通信网络方式,讨论了电力数据网络的多业务需求,进一步讨论了基于配网通信网ICT深度一体化的必要性和可行性,针对复杂多样的通信网络特征,设计了一种基于业务承载的配网通信网ICT测试平台架构,开发一种满足配网通信网ICT测试平台架构的软件测试平台,测试配网通信网业务性能指标,并将测试平台应用于实际的配网通信网工程中。

Design of a Distribution and Communication Network ICT Testing Platform Based on Service Carrying

Information and communication technology (ICT)is playing an important role in the field of new technologies such as communication, measurement and control,among which the construction of the communication network platform carrying the integrated service of distribution network is now the key and difficult point.This paper introduces the integrated service and multi-communication network modes carried by the distribution and communication network.and discusses multi-business requirement of electric power data networks.Furthermore,it elaborates the necessity and feasibility of in-depth integration based on distribution and communication network ICT.In view of the diversified characteristics of the communication network,the paper designs a frame of distribution and communication network ICT testing platform based on service carrying,and develops a software testing platform meeting the requirement of the frame of the distribution and communication ICT testing platform for the test of the performance index of the distribution and communication network.The testing platform is applied to actual projects of distribution and communication network.
