摘 要: | 智能开关柜是智能电网及智能变电站的基本组成单元,是集中机械与电子技术、传感器技术、信息处理技术和计算机技术等结合的多种技术综合技术成果。主要介绍了智能电网及智能开关柜的主要功能及特点,对目前智能开关柜所遇到的一些问题进行了探讨,并结合实际工程应用,提出一种智能开关柜功能及配置方案,可以方便及更好的实现保护、控制、在线智能监测功能。

Abstract: | As a basic unit of smart grids and intelligent substations,the intelligent switchgear is a technical achievement of a combination of different technologies such as mechanical and electronic technology,sensor technology,information processing technology and computer technology.This paper introduces main functions and characteristics of smart grids and intelligent switchgears,discusses some problems confronting intelligent switchgears,and with respect to actual engineering application,presents a configuration scheme for the functions of intelligent switchgears which can easily realize better functions of protection,control and intelligent online monitoring. |
