摘    要:针对热网中各个换热站分散的特点,利用3G-Internet网络技术实现换热站与远程监控中心之间的信号传输,设计了基于3GInternet网络的换热站远程监控系统。各换热站采用PLC对热网工况参数进行实时监控,并充分利用3G网络的技术优势,将换热站的数据信息上传给远程监控中心,在监控中心实现对整个供热系统的集中监控和热负荷的合理分配。运行结果表明,该系统稳定性好,调节精度高,操作方便,解决了供热系统热工参数难以采集和热量分配不均等问题。

A Remote Wireless Monitoring System for Heat Exchange Stations Based on the 3G-internet Network
Abstract:Considering decentralized heat exchange stations in the heat supply network,we have designed a remote monitoring system for these stations based on the 3G-Internet network by means of signal transmission between the these stations and the remote monitoring center. The heat exchange stations use PLC to monitor operating condition parameters of the heat supply network on a real-time basis,and relying on technological advantages of the 3G network,upload data information about heat exchange stations to the remote monitoring center,where centralized monitoring of the entire heat supply system and reasonable distribution of heat load are realized.The operational results show that this system has good stability,high accuracy of regulation and convenient operation,and solves such problems as difficult acquisition of thermal parameters of the heat supply system and uneven heat distribution.
