数控切割机调高器系统的微电容测量电路设计

摘    要:设计了一种应用于数控切割机调高器系统的微小电容容值测量电路,采用多谐振荡器产生方波,将电容的容值转化为频率数字信号,抗干扰能力强,处理速度快。对方波进行差频和倍频处理,故电路的温度漂移小,分辨率和灵敏度高。经过理论分析和实验证明,电路的测量效果良好,符合设计要求。

Design of a Micro-capacitance Measurement Circuit for the Height Adjustment System of the CNC Cutting Machine
Abstract:The design of a micro-capacitance measurement circuit applied to the height adjustment system of the CNC cutting machine is introduced.This circuit,containing a multi-vibrator to generate square waves and transfer capacitance to digital frequency signal,has strong anti-interference ability and high processing speed.The difference frequency and frequency multiplication section ensures low temperature drift and high resolution and sensibility.Theoretical analysis and experiments indicate that the circuit has good measurement results and conforms to the design requirements.
