智能变电站智能终端私有配置文件错误导致保护异常动作问题的分析

随着智能变电站大规模的投入运行,运维人员的技术水平相对落后、配置文件管理水平差的弊病逐渐显露出来,这给电网的安全运行带来了安全隐患。通过智能变电站一起220 k V线路保护异常动作行为的分析,发现故障前缺陷处理过程中,导入错误工程备份配置文件,使得智能终端出口回路虚端子的配置发生错误,引发了保护的不正确动作。针对智能变电站配置文件的管理,提出较为合理的整改措施,为提升智能变电站核心配置文件的管理提供了较好的参考价值。

Analysis on Exceptional Protection due to I ncorrect Private Configuration Files at the Intelligent Terminal of the Smart Substation

With large-scale operation ofsmart substations,following disadvantages come up gradually:relatively low technical level of operation and maintenance personnel,poor management of configuration files,thus bringing about hidden safety risks for safe operation of the power grid.In this paper,through an analysis of an exceptional protection of a 220 kV circuit at a smart substation,it is found that an incorrect backup engineering configuration file has been imported in the defect processing before the failure,so that an error occurs with the configuration of a virtual terminal of the outlet circuit at the intelligent terminal,thus causing the exceptional protection. Furthermore,for management of configuration files at smart substations,this paper proposes quite reasonable rectification measures to provide a good reference for the improvement of management of key configuration files at smart substations.
