摘    要:针对传统的空调性能测试系统(焓差室)测试变量多样性、编程的繁琐性、数据实时监控的不便性及系统设计的复杂性等问题,提出了基于PLC和UT55A的空调性能测试系统。系统以Lab VIEW为管理控制中心,以PLC作为辅助管理控制器,用MX100和WT330作为数据采集器,同时采用UT55A对室内室外温湿度进行实时检测控制。通过典型的三层网络将所有设备有机结合到一起,完成了集中管理与分散控制的功能。系统在满足GB/T 7725的基础上,实现了集中高效的变量管控,友好直观的界面操作,快速稳定的系统开发,实时远程的系统监控等目的。

The Design of an Air Conditioning Performance Test Laboratory Based on PLC and UT55 A
Abstract:In view of problems with traditional air conditioning performance test systems (enthalpy difference room)such as diversity of test variables,tediousness of programming,inconvenience of real-time data monitoring and complexity of system design,this paper presents an air conditioning performance test system based on PLC and UT55A.The system uses LabVIEW as its supervisory control center,PLC as supplementary supervisory controller and MX100 and WT330 as data collector.Furthermore,UT55A is used for real-time measurement and control of indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity.According to a typical three-layer network,the system combines organically all the devices to perform the function of centralized management and decentralized control.On the basis of meeting GB/T 7725 ,the system can achieve such goals as centralized highly efficient variable control,friendly and intuitive interface operation,fast and stable system development as well as real-time remote system monitoring.
