摘    要:针对一起66 k V变电站主变铁心多点接地故障实例,详细阐述并分析了主变从投入系统到油色谱例行试验发现异常,再到跟踪监测、带电诊断性试验,最后停电检查、返厂吊罩定位故障点的全过程。通过这起主变故障原因的分析及处理,电网企业对厂家监造、设备运输、验收试验及在线监测等环节提出了更高的要求。

Analysis and Processing of a Multi-point Earthing Fault in the Magnetic Core of the Main Transformer at a 66kV Substation
Abstract:With regards to the multi-point earthing fault example of the magnetic core of the main transformer at a 66kV substation,this paper explains and analyzes the whole process from input of the main transformer into the system,detection of abnormal result of regular oil chromatograph test,tracking monitoring and live diagnostic test,up to inspection after power cut,and localization of fault point after hang cover transportation back to the factory.Through the analysis of the causes and the processing of the fault of the main transformer,the grid enterprise presents higher standards for manufacturer monitoring,equipment transportation,acceptance test and online monitoring.
