摘    要:为了实现高速电力电子系统的实时仿真,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的高速可重构实时仿真系统设计方法。通过RT-LAB实时仿真平台以及配套的FPGA开发工具建立了基于FPGA的高速电力电子仿真系统。在仿真算法上应用修改节点分析法以及高速开关器件的普约维奇等效法,为大规模高速高精度实时仿真提供了可靠的运行环境。为了验证系统有效性,利用基于FPGA的高速电力电子仿真系统搭建了光伏逆变器测试系统,研究了光伏并网系统运行状态。仿真结果验证了FPGA高速电力电子仿真系统在光伏入网系统实时仿真中的有效性及准确性。

A Research of High-speed Power Electronics Real-ti me Si mulation Method Based on FPGA
Abstract:In order to realize the high-speed real-time power electronics simulation system,this paper presents an FPGA based conception of high-speed and reconfigurable real-time system.Cooperated with RT-LAB platform and FPGA development tools,the high-speed simulation system based on FPGA was established.Cooperated with the modified node analysis method and the Pejovic method,afford a reliable operating environment to the high-speed and high-precision real-time simulation.The results proved the validity and the veracity of the FPGA high-speed hardware system.
