| 摘 要： | 指出了目前GSM等移动系统已普遍采用的分离计费方法存在的问题 ,并且提出了2种解决办法 ,分别是比较分离计费和临时归属分离计费方法 ,这两者的结合是最合理的方法.

| Abstract: | In this paper, two problems caused by the basic split charging method implemented in existing GSM and UPT are proposed. In order to solve the problems, basic split charging and split charging based on temporary home location are presented. The combination of the two scenarios is the most reasonable for mobile user. |
