摘    要:旅游市场环境在不断变化,游客对旅行社满意度低,对旅行社顾客价值驱动因素进行深入分析是旅行社能在市场竞争中取得优势的关键。在分析旅行社产品的基础上,展开旅行社顾客价值驱动因素的研究,分析旅行社产品中的顾客价值驱动因素,以便旅行社创造新的顾客价值。
