TRIZ理论在自冲铆接机框架设计中的应用

摘    要:为了提高传统自冲铆接机C型框架的适应性,增大其应用领域,首先介绍了传统自冲铆接机C型框架,并分析了传统自冲铆接机C型框架的喉深有限、适应性差等不足。然后利用技术创新理论TRIZ对传统自冲铆接机C型框架进行分析,提出技术矛盾,利用冲突矩阵找到可行的解决矛盾的方法原理,对传统自冲铆接机C型框架进行了创新型设计。最后提出了一种喉深可调自冲铆接机框架。该框架操作方便,结构简单,可以提高自冲铆接机的适应性,同时结果表明技术创新理论TRIZ有助于产品的创新型设计。

Abstract:In order to improve the flexibility of traditional self-piercing riveting machine and expand the applied range,the traditional self-piercing riveting machine C-frame is introduced.And the shortage of the traditional C-frame of self-piercing riveting that is limited throat depth and bad adaptability is analyzed.Then the traditional self-piercing riveting machine C-frame is analyzed using technology innovation theory TRIZ,and the technical contradiction is proposed.The principle which can solve the contradiction is found using conflict matrix.Then innovative design of self-piercing riveting machine C-frame is done based on the technology innovation theory TRIZ.At last,a kind of self-piercing riveting machine frame with adjustable throat depth is designed.It is easy to use,and the structure of this kind of frame is simple.The flexibility of self-piercing riveting machine is improved.It is found that the technology innovation theory TRIZ is useful for innovative design.
