摘    要:航天用电磁继电器"高可靠、宇航级"目标的实现,与提高其耐力学环境能力密切相关。为深入研究继电器振动失效机理,进而得到影响其结构动力学特性的关键因素,本文应用商用有限元分析软件MSC.Patran/Nastran建立了某型号航天用电磁继电器的三维实体模型,确定了整机结构的主要模态,并通过谐响应得到了结构内关键零件的振动加速度响应,完成了继电器的激振传递路径分析。所得的结论对于航天用电磁继电器的抗振性设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The development goal of electromagnetic relay is "high reliability and aerospace grade level",which has closed relationship with the anti-mechanical environment ability.To further determine the vibration failure mechanism and relative key factors that have influence on the structure dynamics of relay,some relay 3-D solid model was built by using commercial FEM software MSC.Patran/Nastran.The main modes of the whole structure were obtained,and the vibration acceleration response of key components in relay was investigated by harmonic response analysis.Therefore,the excited vibration transfer paths of relay were determined.The conclusions which could be drawn are of great value in anti-vibration design for electromagnetic relay used in aerospace.
