基于成像模型的遥感数据分析与信息提取研究

摘    要:针对遥感成像过程中普遍存在的退化现象,通过遥感成像模拟,揭示了不同退化程度对遥感数据质量的影响,反映了考虑成像退化因素对提高卫星遥感数据信息提取能力的作用.基于成像退化采用的支持向量机方法对遥感图像地物分类的实验研究表明,这种方法使遥感图像地物分类精度得到明显提高,特别是支持向量机方法与图像恢复技术的结合,效果更为明显.

Abstract:Imaging degradation widely exists in remote sensing images at different levels. Instances are studied to show that the influence of imaging degradation varies with quality of imaging system by simulating remote sensing process on the basis of imaging model. It appears that it is important to extract information from remote sensing imagery by a method under the consideration of image degradation. The experimental results show that the support vector machine algorithm can reduce the effect of nonlinear mixture in pixel or among pixels and improve classification accuracy, especially by combing support vector machine algorithm and image restoration method.
