Analyzes the reasons why it is difficult to raise the property management fee,and based on it,we have made an in-depth study on the rationality of raising the property management fee.The paper points out that it is inevitable to raise the property management fee,but it must accord with three requirements: the reason of rising,the number of rising and the method of the work are all rational.
