快速调形多点成形设备控制系统的研制

摘    要:调形是板材多点成形的核心技术之一。本文提出的基于并行调形方式的快速调形技术,即每个基本体设有独立的调整机构及控制单元,调形时所有基本体同时工作,以加快板材多点成形设备的调形速度。文中探讨了控制单元的结构及工作原理,给出了控制系统软件流程。并行调形方式与串行调形方式的应用对比表明,并行调形方式能显著提高调形效率。

Abstract:The shape adjusting of element group is one of the key problems for Multi-point Forming (MPF), a rapid shape adjusting technique is introduced in this paper. The technique is a parallel adjusting mode (PAM), each element is controlled independently by an adjusting set and a control unit, and they run simultaneously to accelerate the shape adjusting process. The structure and the working principle of the control unit is described in detail, the flow chart of the software of MPF control system for PAM is presented, practical application shows that the PAM is more effective than serial adjusting mode (SAM).
