摘    要:针对现行合成氨冰机冷凝器的不足,设计了适用于冷凝传热的改进型折流杆冷凝器的壳程内部结构,并分析了其传热强化机理。在重力控制条件下,对不同内部支承结构与管束组合的冷凝器进行了传热实验研究,得到了水蒸气在冷凝器壳侧的冷凝传热特性曲线。采用冷凝传热强化因子的概念,建立了预测该种折流杆冷凝器壳侧冷凝传热膜系数的计算公式,为折流杆冷凝器在冰机系统中的设计应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In line with the insufficiency of condenser of the ammonia freezer, the internal structure within the shell has been designed for the modified baffle-rod condenser, which is adaptable to condensation heat transfer, and its heat-transfer intensification mechanism is analyzed. Under the condition of gravity control, experimental study are carried out of heat transfer in condensers with different internal supporting structures and pipe bundle combinations, and characteristic curves of condensation heat transfer are obtained for water vapor in the shell side of condensers. By adopting the concept of condensation heat transfer inten-sifier, a formula is established for the prediction of film coefficient of condensation heat transfer on the shell side of the baffle-rod condenser, providing a theoretical basis for the design and use of the baffle-rod condenser in the freezer system.
