摘    要:设计一种矿用电子输送带秤,采用测速传感器和称重传感器作为测量元件,AVR单片机为控制系统核心。在电路中完成信号的放大、滤波功能,软件设计中采用误差修正技术,系统具有高测量精度、低测量误差和工作可靠的特点,能够满足矿井下煤流量测量的需要。

Abstract:Electronic belt balance using in coal mines was designed.Velocity sensor and weighting sensor sever as measurement element,using AVR single chip microcomputer as the core of control system.The functions of amplification and filtering were realized in circuit and the technology of error correction was used in software design.The system has the feature of high measurement accuracy,low measurement error and reliable operation,can meet the need of coal flow measurement in coal mine.
