| Abstract: | Presently the engineering design of most projects is contracted in the form of bidding and usually the time for bid preparation is relatively short. How to prepare a bid that not only meets the requirements but also has outstanding features is critical to win the bid. The paper summarizes the considerations in bidding of engineering design on the basis of Longping road bid. |
