| 摘 要： | 对于比较复杂的工艺流程,仅用数学方法往往不能发现工艺流程中的瓶颈,因而也无法为系统优化提供依据.通过对工艺流程建立仿真模型、设置参数和编写逻辑代码,来实现工艺流程的仿真,从而找到流程中的瓶颈,再通过优化方法消除流程中的瓶颈.试验证明,运用仿真与优化相结合的方法,有效提升了工艺流程的运行效率.

| Abstract: | Because of the complicacy of the technological processes,it is difficult to find the bottlenecks for optimization only by mathematical method.This paper shows how to find the bottlenecks in visual form and eliminate it by establishing the simulation model,setting the parameters,writing logistic code,running the model and optimizing.Experiments proved that the efficiency of the technological processes increased efficiently by the way of optimizing and simulation. |
