| 摘 要： | 大规模瓯电的接入对宁夏电网的安全、稳定和经济运行影响较大，急需建设宁夏电网风电功率预测系统。本文在总结国内外风功率预测研究成果的基础上，阐述宁夏电网风电功率预测系统框架、建设原则、软硬件方案。以确保宁夏大规模风电接入后电网的安全、稳定、经济运行。 |
