摘    要:现行对扣件式钢管模板支撑架的计算模型中,立杆计算长度与立杆的步距(立杆间距)有关,与支撑架的高度大小和水平杆设置层数的多少无关,显然,这种简化方法未考虑水平杆和剪刀撑与立杆的相互作用.笔者首次提出运用有多个弹簧支座的多节间连续压杆的理论模型来综合考虑水平杆和剪刀撑对立杆稳定性的贡献,并结合有限元分析计算,验证模型的正确性,结认可为高支撑架的设计和稳定验算提供有益参考.

Abstract:The present calculation methods for high formwork supporting frame system with fastener-style steel pipe only takes the stability of one step in a single pole into consideration,but presents no specific calculation requests of height of vertical struts and layer of horizontal struts,and fails to think over the mechanism of interaction between each pole of the formwork support system.This article firstly presents the theoretic model of continuous press pole with some spring bearings,which can consider the interaction among horizontal poles,vertical struts and crossing struts.Meantime it compared with finite element calculation,and the correctness of the model was validated.The achieved result could provide valuable references for the design of high formwork supporting frame system.
