摘    要:双环中同时被取代的许多异色满化合物具有广泛的生物活性,其中包括抗抑郁、抗炎、降压、利尿和抗癌等药用功能。综述了苯环和二氢吡喃环中同时被取代的异色满化合物类化合物合成的常用方法,通过各种方法的对比得出,水溶液中环化反应更具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:Derivatives of isochroman with substituents in the aromatic and dihydropyran rings are all characterised by a broad spectrum of biological activity: anti-depressant, antiinflammatory, antihypertensive,diuretic, anticancer. The paper mainly review the synthesis of isochroman with substituents in in the aromatic and dihydropyran rings. Through the comparison of various methods, the cyclisation reaction in aqueous solutions has more extensive application.
