| Abstract: | The classification of warpage,causes of forming warpage,and the characterizations of warpage were summarized.The factors that affected warpage,including materials,parts structure,mould structure,and processing parameter,were analyzed.The application of computer aided engineering technique in analysis of warpage of injection molded plastic parts was introduced.Besides,the methods for solving warpage were presented. |
