摘    要:根据压板零件的用途和结构特点,对产品进行了冲压成形工艺分析,采用少废料排样,降低了冲压生产成本.模具利用并列双侧刃,保证零件的外形尺寸;采用活动弯曲凸模结构,解决了零件一次弯曲成形和切断过程中可能产生的质量问题.介绍了模具结构特点、工作过程和设计要点.实际生产应用表明,该模具结构简单,工作可靠,生产效率高,取得了较好的经济效益.

Abstract:According to the application and structure characteristics of the plate product,the stamping procedure was analyzed.The less waste layout was adopted to reduce the production cost.The parallel bilateral mold edge was used to ensure the part dimensions;the mobile structure was used to solve the bending and cutting problems.The characteristics of mold structure,work processes and design elements were introduced.The mold structure is simple,reliable,and has a high efficiency,which achieves very good economic benefits.
