| 摘 要： | 对电力二次系统应急工作体系的构建进行了分析,论述了应急响应工作体系的建设流程,分析了应急响应技术保障体系的各环节的关键技术,定义了各保障技术的工作内容,明确了采用各保障技术的工作目的,最后对各保障技术采用的工具或具体技术手段进行了详细的描述。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the emergency system for secondary power system is analyzed and the design process is discussed.Based on the researching on secondary power system emergency system,the authors propose the key technology in all sectors of it,defining the security technology factors.Finally,the tools and specific technical means of cyber security are described in detail. |
