| 摘 要： | 文章首先指出定量软件工程是科学管理软件开发过程可见性的重要因素，接着介绍有关软件产品缺陷的几个基本概念以及有关软件产品质量测量和监控的主要机制。然后针对软件产品缺陷的注入、发现和修订等控制过程，基于应用SPC技术控制软件质量的实践，提出了六条关于软件产品质量保证过程控制的实用准则。

The Study of Process Centered Enterprise Model |

| Abstract: | ： This paper，at first，points out that quantity software engineering is the most important factor for improving visibility of managing software development process scientifically，then introduces the basic concepts about software product defect and the main mechanism about software product quality measurement and monitoring．At last，aims at the defect controlling process of software product，including defect injecting，finding and fixing and bases on the experiences in the field of applying statistical process control in controlling software quality，six practical software product quality control criteria are presented． |
