低压加氢合成1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯

摘    要:采用高分散Ru/C催化剂,在较低的反应温度和压力下,进行了催化对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)加氢合成1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯(DMCD)的实验。考察了反应温度、H2压力、DMT初始浓度及催化剂用量对DMT加氢反应的影响。实验结果表明,DMT加氢反应较优的条件为:反应温度110℃、H2压力3.0M Pa、催化剂用量0.500g、DMT5g、四氢呋喃30mL,在该条件下,DMT转化率和DMCD选择性分别为99.0%和96.5%。催化剂循环使用17釜后,反应时间延长至8.5h,反应温度升至140℃,DMT的转化率为99.0%,DMCD的选择性为95.0%。

Abstract:Dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate(DMCD) was synthesized by hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) under low pressure on highly dispersed Ru/C catalyst.Effects of temperature,H2 pressure,initial concentration of DMT and catalyst dosage on conversion of DMT and selectivity to DMCD were investigated.Under optimal reaction conditions: 110 ℃,H2 pressure 3.0 MPa,catalyst dosage 0.500 g,DMT dosage 5 g and tetrahydrofuran dosage 30 mL,conversion of DMT and selectivity to DMCD mount to 99.0% and 96.5%,respectively.After Ru/C catalyst was reused for 17 times,reaction time gradually prolonged to 8.5 h and reaction temperature gradually rose to 140 ℃,and conversion of DMT and selectivity to DMCD still remain at 99.0% and 95.0%,respectively.
